A meeting of all minds Brockton District Court. In attendance will be Judges, the Plymouth County District Attorneys Office, Pilgrim Advocates and the General Bar. Expected topics are: Operations of the Criminal Sessions; PTP and Breakdowns; Case Assignments; BT's / JT's. Lab and Forensics time expectations and discovery; Restorative Justice Program (starting 5/22/2024; and, Probation. General Question are greatly appreciated in advance to help finetune the discussion.
