Judge Boyle has reached out to the Plymouth County Bar Association with the following information regarding changes for Motion and Contempt hearings for the Judges in the Probate and Family Court.
Effective Immediately: Judge Kevin R. Connelly
No Staggered Scheduling on Motion and Contempt days.
All Motions should be marked for 9:00 a.m.
All Contempts will be returnable at 9:00.a.m.
Effective January 2020:
There will no longer be any Staggered Scheduling for all Plymouth Probate Judges on Motion and Contempt days. Motions will be marked for 9:00am and Contempts will be returnable at 9:00am.
**Anything that is currently scheduled for 10:30 a.m. will remain.**
Motions heard at 2:00 p.m. remain exclusive to uncontested and discovery matters.
